Do you pick up at all Batam ferry terminals?
Yes! We pick up at all four — Harbour Bay, Batam Centre, Sekupang, and Nongsa Pura. Just send us your ferry arrival time on WhatsApp and our driver will be waiting at the exit with a name sign. Free of charge.
How much does a full-day tour cost?
Full-day private car with English-speaking driver starts from SGD 80 for up to 4 pax (10 hours). Larger Innova for 6 pax from SGD 110. Hiace van for groups of 10–14 from SGD 180. Price covers fuel, driver, parking and tolls — you only pay entrance fees and meals.
Can I pay in Singapore Dollars (SGD)?
Absolutely. We accept SGD cash, PayNow (Singapore), bank transfer, and Indonesian Rupiah. Rates are quoted in SGD upfront for transparency. No hidden currency markup nonsense.
Are the drivers actually able to speak English?
Yes — all our drivers speak conversational English well enough to chat, give recommendations, and help you bargain at the spa. Some also speak Mandarin, Hokkien, or Malay. Tell us your preference when booking and we'll match you.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 days ahead, especially on weekends and public holidays when Singapore traffic to Batam peaks. For last-minute trips, WhatsApp us anyway — we often have cars available within a few hours.
Do you handle visa or ferry tickets too?
We focus on ground transport once you're in Batam. Singapore passport holders enjoy visa-free entry. For ferries, we recommend Majestic Fast Ferry, Batam Fast, or Sindo Ferry — happy to share booking links on WhatsApp.
What if my ferry is delayed?
No worries. Tell us your booking and we'll track it. Our drivers wait up to 1 hour after your scheduled arrival at no extra cost. Beyond that, it's a small SGD 10/hour standby fee. Fair and clear.
Is it safe for solo female travellers?
Yes. All our drivers are vetted, licensed, and have been with us for years. We have female solo travellers booking weekly — many request the same driver on repeat trips. If you'd prefer a specific driver or female-friendly route, just ask.
