Q. How far from Batam Center / Nagoya is Batamholiday Apartment ? A. 20 minutes by car taxi.
Q What are Batamholiday Apartment check in/out times ? A. If we have no guests staying or booked we are more than happy to be flexible to suit our guests. If we have other bookings though, we request check-in at 13;00 and check out at 11:00. Guests may leave their bags with the maid for safe keeping once checked out or before check in times.
Q How many guests can Batamholiday apartment accommodate. A. The maximum number is 7 persons, we do make some exceptions but this is on request only.
Q Are towells provided? A. Yes there are plenty of clean towells and linen available.
Q Is the apartment suitable for elderly people? A. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and only accessible via stairs.
Q. Is breakfast provided ? A. As we offer self catering accommodation breakfast is not included. Guests can though ask the maid to prepare breakfast at an additional cost of $5 per head - please ensure this is requested in advance.
Q. What does the maid service include ? A. The maid works 8 - 4 each day and is employed to clean and provide any laundery services guests may require. Guests may make a private arrangement with the maid for barbecues e.t.c.
